How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
The calendar has "Scheduled" and "Queued" view which is useful for seeing all future or past messages, but not as useful when planning a balanced social media calendar and evaluating where the gaps and inconsistencies are.
The "Queued" view also only allows the user to see one queue at the time, which isn't helpful if they run multiple queues on different days at a time.
The good news is that the ability to see ALL future Queued and Scheduled messages is already there, but the feature/option is very hidden.
The user needs to click on "Overview" then select all the "Queues", and then select the person/people who are scheduling messages to get a better idea of how their future social media calendar looks like.
Maybe there is a better way of how this view could be achieved? :)
P.S. It would be ideal to also see past scheduled and queued + drafted messages, but the first step could be making the above more user-friendly. :)
