How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
We need to setup mutilpe approver workflow. Our social media team will send the approval reques to one of our quality staff. Our quality staff then approve and post will go to client for approval. ONce client approves it will go direclty to social profiles.
We don't want our staff to select the approver name. So each profile list should be allowed to associate with an approval process. Staff one click a button send for approval, it goes to staff 2 and staff 2 press approved button then it goes to client.
When you allow staff to select which approval to select from a drop down it causes a lot of issues and requires lot of attention and training.
