How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
We have a requirement to load up to 6 CSV files per customer (3 for Facebook / Google and the same but with square images for Instagram). As well as being time consuming, this can easily result in errors e.g. a file being missed.
This process would be made much less fiddly and reduce mistakes if we could upload multiple files together. In the example mentioned above, we would upload all 3 files for FB / Google in one go and then the other 3 for Instragram and so reduce the number of upload processes from 6 to 2.
I do realise that we could merge the 3 files at this end in order to upload as one but this wouldn't save much in the way of time.
