How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.
* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
How does an idea get implemented?
Our Product and Development Team look at the most popular features and review these so that they can be added to our Product Roadmap. The higher the vote, the higher the popularity. Please note that votes are counted per company and not by users so where there are 2 or more votes from the same company these will count as 1 vote.
How do I know when my idea has been selected to be worked on?
When logging into the portal you will be able to see the status of an idea. This way you can easily see if the idea you have suggested has been selected by our Product & Development teams. Please note that when signing up to the Feedback Portal you will be added into our mailing list for when we wish to contact users about upcoming projects and features. If you do not wish to be part of this mailing list please unsubscribe from this list.
What is the portal not used for?
This portal should not be used to log support issues or to report any complaints.
I agree completely with Connor. It's a real struggle for us.
The addition of this feature would add lots of value to sendible, as will help agencies to adapt the message to each platform, otherwise the list doesnt have much value
Can this feature please be implemented?
vital to our business as we have to share our profiles with eachother using groups but dont want all the individuals listed to be on everyones lists - we frequently have to cover eachothers work and not being able to adjust hashtags for suitable platforms is problematic for us.

This is agreed, this would be extremely useful and is a necessity when working with a large team and many profiles.
This feature would be incredibly helpful! I don't see the value of creating Service Lists if there is no option to create smart posts as well.
That would be a super helpful feature to add. Without this capability, the ability to create Service Lists doesn't offer much value.
Would love to be able to group social profiles by client!
The lack of this feature in the current software makes managing clients as an agency very frustrating. So many other social media management platforms have the ability to view & compose under only 1 campaign/client. This also makes it easier to invite clients in to view analytics or even compose themselves which I'm not even sure Sendible allows because I'm afraid to waste my time exploring that. Sendible's ability to customize posts for different social channels is one of the best around. Trust me, I've used literally dozens of social schedulers and when looking only at composing, Sendible might be the best I've ever used. However, as an Agency, it is so frustrating and they are WAY behind the curve so having this is essentially, not a nice added bonus. Please Sendible, make it happen.
