Add URL to the top of the post when a Twitter post that is over character length

When publishing to multiple channels, if the post is longer than permitted on Twitter the system automatically shortens the message and adds the URL link at the end.  In most cases, the hashtags are at the end of the post and the link disappears between them.  If the URL can't be maintained in position, it would be better if inserted at the top/start of the post.   I have clients who have hundreds of posts and to have all the twitter posts scheduled as separate posts would heavily clutter the calendar.
