How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
As a White Label, currently we can only set one support email address. However, we have 2 client groups, each with their own location. We would like to be able to set the support email address on a per user basis or to be able to add users into a grouping where we can assign different support addresses so that our users are directed to contact the relevant team based on their location.
