Ticket history thread/respond to tickets via main account

We have appx 30, white label accounts via sendible. It would be super useful to have a ticket history and be able to respond to tickets while logged in to our main account. The chat is SUPER helpful, but it is impossible to find old ticket numbers and review with our team or ask thorough questions to get things resolved in a timely manner.
