How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.
* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.Ability to see related / original conversation information if I've been assigned a specific message from the conversation as a task.
For the time being managing this from the priority inbox isn't really feasible because of the time it can take to locate the specific message (since it's a task I was assigned, I only know the username.) As an example: I spent 5-10 minutes trying to find the exact conversation on several occasions today. That's sort of messing around doesn't work at scale.
Agreed--need to see the original text. When I need to reject a post that my admin has made, I want to explain why the post was rejected. However, the pop-up totally covers the current post, and I cannot move it aside. It would be helpful to be able to view the post as I am informing the account rep as to why it is incorrect.
