How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.
* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
How does an idea get implemented?
Our Product and Development Team look at the most popular features and review these so that they can be added to our Product Roadmap. The higher the vote, the higher the popularity. Please note that votes are counted per company and not by users so where there are 2 or more votes from the same company these will count as 1 vote.
How do I know when my idea has been selected to be worked on?
When logging into the portal you will be able to see the status of an idea. This way you can easily see if the idea you have suggested has been selected by our Product & Development teams. Please note that when signing up to the Feedback Portal you will be added into our mailing list for when we wish to contact users about upcoming projects and features. If you do not wish to be part of this mailing list please unsubscribe from this list.
What is the portal not used for?
This portal should not be used to log support issues or to report any complaints.
This is becoming a bigger issue with us. Our clients are overwhelmed and not happy with getting a notification for each post they need to approve. When we're creating 20-30 posts for approval at one time they are getting a LOT of emails. If we could supress the automated email for each approval our clients woudl be a LOT happier! Thanks!
We want to keep Sendible but some of our clients are unhappy with the number of notifications. We need a one email per day option.
Just chiming in here :). For our agency, we'd like to be able to control any notification sent to our client and in various ways: We'd like to be able to toggle specific notifications on or off (like bounce notifications), we'd like to be able to add secondary emails to receive notifications (like bounce and approval requests), as well as being able to customize the email that gets sent when we create a user.
Hi Harris - we are still looking into this. Were there specific notifications you wanted to control, or was it all of them?
