How do I add an idea?
Select the 'New Idea' button and choose the category that your idea belongs to, then add the idea title and the details related to the idea.* Ideas added without any details may be rejected.
I love being able to easily see metrics for any date range depending on platform in My Reports Hub. However, there are modules in the Reports Hub that are not useful to me and others that I would like to include. I think it would be great to have a way to customize the Reports Hub per Sendible account.
I know you can go into generate "My Reports", however, to me, this feature is not helpful. It is not convenient to have to generate a new report, for each client, for each time period you want to look at. There are also an overload of modules that you don't know what they will look like until you generate the report. It is difficult to know exactly what you are adding and it is very time-consuming to do so.
